how does TED.com keep stay on top of your mind and how does it attack from different angles?

by providing 2/3rd of its talks via i tunes where you don’t have to keep visiting their website. constant reminder that they exist and add value.
they also need you coming back to the website with the same frequency that new updates are posted. that why they send you the topics of the other 1/3rd of their talks by email, pulling you to their website, and exposing you to their money-generating products and services.
