how to deliver criticism to someone and be loved for it.

each Thursday. Monday to Wednesday too tense and Friday too relaxed.
first praise the person for something then deliver the critism then close with topic shifting praise to exist the sentitive topic.
use “feeling” because no one can argue with you.
never use “you always do this and that…” that always a fight starter.
“before I forget” is a great way to shift topic wihout aukwardness.
